JHS 1 to JHS 3 Students Data Submission to GES -HQ Deadline April 1, all Schools

Submission of names of all JHS 1 to JHS 3 students for the 2022 / 2023 academic year to the GES headquarters.

The management of the Ghana Education Service request for the submission of the names of all students in JHS 1 and JHS 3 both public and private to the Director General GES for an urgent and important exercise.

Metro /municipal /district Directors of Education are hereby directed to collect the names of all JHS1 to  JHS3  students in both public and private schools as per the 2022 EMIS census data and submit same as a matter of urgency 2 their respective Regional directors to the Director-general via email schoolsandinstructions@ges.gov.gh on or before 7th April 2023.

Heads of basic schools must comply with above directives  by submitting the names of their students without fail to their respective Metro /municipal /district Education Directorate as quickly as possible for onward submission to the GES headquarters.

By this letter Regional Directors of Education are requested to communicate this information to Metro/ Municipal/ district Directors of Education to inform all  Heads of basic schools and ensure that the data is submitted within the stipulated time
