Your Great Sacrifice can not be paid for, We appreciate all you are doing for Humanity.  The theme for the 2022 Worlds’ Teachers’ Day is TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION BEGINS WITH TEACHERS. This is celebrated to appreciate our educators.

The world Teachers’ Day has been celebrated since 1994. It’s being celebrated on 5th October because, it was on this date in 1966  that a significant step was made for Teachers.

The event was launched by the United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) to celebrate the anniversary the adoption of 1966 ILO/UNESCO Recommendation concerning the status of Teachers by a special intergovernmental conference in Paris.

Every year, World Teachers’ Day gives us the opportunity to celebrate the worlds, over 71 million of teachers. This is to recognize their contribution and adding a superb and an incredible responsibility that they bear all that they go through as teachers making sure they give our children and everyone the best and rightful education.

Teachers are icon of knowledge. They teach to give a successful life to everyone. Teaching is not an easy profession. We tend to praise celebrities, artist, etc. and forget our dear educator. We must look into the future of the teaching profession and prepare the young dedicated teachers for the challenges of teachers in this 21st century as we celebrate the Worlds’ Teachers’ Day.

Let’s plan more dynamic recruitment and training strategies and how to make the teaching profession more attractive. Above all, Government also need to take bold actions to reward them more financially, to motivate them for their good services as teachers.
