The TM SIM Card Registration Link  | https //globe.com.ph/sim registration; SIM Registration Act is a new law that requires users to register their SIMs to strengthen protection from the growing spam and scam messages sent every day.

Globe supports the SIM Registration Act and will establish secure systems and facilities that will make it easy, safe, and convenient for our customers to register their SIMs.

What information are required to register SIMs?

Before you start the registration process, please prepare the following information:

• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Gender/Sex
• Address
• Type of government ID presented + ID number
• Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)

If you are registering under a company name, the Authorized Representative should prepare the following information:

• Full name of the Authorized Representative
• Date of Birth
• Sex
• Nationality
• Company Name
• Company Address
• Type of Government ID presented + ID number
• Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)
• Certificate of Registration / DTI Registration (max file size: 4MB)
• Board Resolution / Proof of Authority designating the authorized representative OR a Special
• Power of Attorney (max file size: 4MB)

You will also be asked to certify that the information you are providing are true and correct.

Register your TM

To register your TM (Touch Mobile) SIM card on Globe in the Philippines, you can visit the Globe Telecom website and follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Globe Telecom website (www.globe.com.ph) using a web browser on your device.
2. On the homepage, hover over the “Prepaid” tab and click on “Prepaid SIM.”
3. Scroll down the page and click on the “Register Now” button under “SIM Activation.”
4. You will be redirected to the “Globe Online Shop.”
5. Select the type of TM SIM card you have (e.g., regular SIM, nano-SIM).
6. Enter your mobile number in the provided field.
7. Fill in your personal information, including your name, birthdate, address, and email address.
8. Review the information you provided and read and accept the terms and conditions.
9. Click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
10. You may receive a verification code on your registered mobile number for confirmation.
11. Follow any additional instructions provided, if any, to complete the SIM card registration process.

Register Your Globe SIM via the GlobeOne App

• Tap “Register Your SIM” when you open the GlobeOne app.
• Select the Globe account you want to register or enter your mobile number.
• Wait for the confirmation, and you’re done!

Ways to Register Your Globe SIM

For Prepaid, Postpaid, Platinum, Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi, MyFi, simply follow the steps below on how to register your SIM card.  Retailer SIMs, you may follow the steps for Prepaid.

Globe Business Corporate-Managed Postpaid customers, your number should be registered under your company name. Details of the registration requirements and steps will be sent to your company Authorized Representative on a later date.

PREPAID

• Access the SIM registration website.
• Enter your 10-digit mobile number (ex. 9171234567) and click the “Register” button.
• If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message on your mobile phone.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
• After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.
• Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality
• Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
• Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe’s Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
• Click “Submit” button to finish the registration process.

A reference number will appear on your screen to signify completion of registration. Please keep the reference number as proof of registration.

For Postpaid

• You’ll receive a text message from Globe to confirm if your SIM registration details are correct.
• Text SIMREG to 8080 to confirm your details and registration.
• You’ll receive a confirmation message from Globe that you’re now registered!

*Should you wish to change your information, you may do so using our online channel that will be made available  by visiting any Globe store near you.

For Platinum

• You’ll receive a text message from Globe to confirm your SIM registration details.
• Text SIMREG to 8080 to confirm your details and registration.
• You’ll receive a confirmation message from Globe that you’re now registered!

LTE@HOME

• Wait for the text message from Globe At Home asking for confirmation on your SIM registration details.
• To confirm, text SIMREG <ACCOUNT NUMBER> <WIRELESS LANDLINE/SUPER HOME PHONE NUMBER> to 268204.
• You’ll receive a confirmation text message from Globe that you’re now registered!

Globe at Home WiFi

For New Customers

• Purchase your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kit from Globe sales channels or from the Globe Online Shop.
• Set up your modem as per instruction manual.
• Connect the power adapter to the modem.
• Turn your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi device on.
• Download the GlobeOne app and set up your Home Prepaid WiFi account.
• Enroll your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register your SIM now.”
• Fill out the registration form and enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
• Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “Attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
• Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe’s Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
• Click the “Submit” button to finish the registration process.
• If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
• After your OTP is validated, a reference number will appear on your screen. Take note of your reference number.

Existing Customers

• Put your modem in a location with a strong signal.
• Connect to your Home Prepaid WiFi using your mobile device.
• Download the GlobeOne app and set up your Home Prepaid WiFi account.
• Enroll your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi using the number found in your modem.
• Click “Register your SIM now” and enter your Home Prepaid WiFi number.
• Fill out the registration form and enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
• Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “Attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID. Note that the images should not exceed 4 MB.
• Adjust your camera settings or take a screenshot if needed.
• Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe’s Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
• Click “Submit” to finish the registration process.
• If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
• After your OTP is validated, a reference number will appear on your screen. Take note of your reference number.
• A message will be sent to your registered number confirming successful registration.

New Customers

• Purchase a Globe Mobile WiFi from authorized sellers.
• Set up the MyFi as per instruction manual.
• Connect your mobile phone to your MyFi device.
• Access the device inbox as per user instruction manual.
• Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.8.1/ on the browser to access the MyFi dashboard.
• Log-in using the username and password found in the user manual.
• Click “SMS” to view your messages.
• In the device inbox, receive a welcome message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.
• Visit the link with an active internet connection to start registration.
• Enter your MyFi number and click “Register” button.
• You’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your device inbox. Make sure you’re connected to your MyFi device.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
• After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.
• Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
• Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.

• Connect your mobile phone to your MyFi device.
• Access the device inbox as per user instruction manual.
• Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.8.1/ on the browser to access the MyFi dashboard.
• Click “Login” using the username and password found at the back of your MyFi device.
• Click “Login” button
• Click “Device” on the left side to view your messages.
• Inbox should have enough space to receive the messages.
• In the device inbox, receive a message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.
• Visit the link to start registration.
• Enter your MyFi number and click the “Register” button.
• You’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your device inbox. Make sure you’re connected to your MyFi device.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
• After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.
• Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
