Legitimate Concerns Raised over the Use of SMS
We waited for message to know our center and we didn’t receive it
We later went to the center before we had our index no. What shows we will receive this SMS too?
Always creating problems.
A lot of teachers didn’t get/ receive any messages at the time of writing the promotion exams meanwhile their names were part.
I think you will still commit the same problem of not giving messages to some qualified people.
How will they know?

”I think the GES doesn’t respect teachers. Why must it take 6 months to release these results? Simple Objective questions that can be marked within a week? Smh. This even came on the back of pressure from the teacher unions. Meanwhile, you expect these same teachers to be motivated to prepare their students for BECE and WASSCE (whose results would be released within 2 months). If you prioritize the students over teachers there will always be challenges in the education delivery chain because it’s the teacher that leads the process so you must treat all of them with respect.”
Dear Ghana Education Service It is not just about promoting them. Also make sure they receive the corresponding benefits that come with the promotion. I know someone whose responsibility allowance was discontinued when she was promoted from Principal Superintendent to AD II in 2018. The person is still performing the additional responsibilities. Please advise. Thank you.
Good morning to the management of GES.
I want to suggest that you find a suitable way of giving the results out to candidates rather than the suggested text message.
Kindly note that a lot of candidates could not receive text messages on their index number and centres during the examination period, how can we trust the effectiveness of same method to release results information to candidates?
Am just thinking aloud. Thank you
GES please what should one do if he/she does not receive any sms alert on whether he/she passed or not?
