You can search with just your surname or Your first name or Both Your surname and First Name.

Print your Admission Letter.
You will need your applicant reference number to print your letter.

Matured Applicants
If you applied as a mature student, please use your index number given during the entrance examination.

Important Notice:
Fresh students are to print hospital examination forms from the same portal.
