How to Download Your NTC CPD Transcript

The National Teaching Council has made some upgrades to its system.

Professional Teachers can Now make some requests on their portal.

Your Statement of Professional Standing, a document required by international bodies when you want to teach outside Ghana, was the first to be updated, where teachers can make requests of their Professional Standing and it will be sent to the requesting institution directly.

You can now Download your Transcript in the NTC Portal directly.

The transcript is downloaded directly in a pdf format.

It comes with your Name, the courses done, Dates, and CPD Points Awarded.

How to download your CPD Transcript

On the Home page where your Name Appears, just above the Hello Your Name

The CPD Transcript is there to download.

Just click on it to download the pdf file.

The File can be obtained in your Download folder on your phone or your Laptop.

INSET Training CPDS

As you go for meetings and PLC Meetings as well,

You need to keep the following to submit during the INSET Data Collection period for Processing

Course title

Course Objective

Facilitator’s Name

Number of Hours

Venue for the Meeting.

When this data is given to the CPD Coordinator mostly the District Director, your CPD points for INSET will be Processed for you.

The Central Region ( Metro ICT coordinator, Mr. Biney, and the team ) are doing a fantastic Job when it comes to that. All such data are submitted online for processing without any charge.

PLC Points

Provide your Name, and your email used for registering the Teacher Portal Ghana to Your Head of Academics to reward you with CPD Points for participating in the PLC sessions in your school.

If the email is wrong, your points can’t be credited.

Also, if you have changed schools thus change of management unit,

Go to Your NTC Teacher Portal NTC Teacher Portal Login | tpg ntc gov gh portal, login and change.

How to change management unit on the NTC Portal

Go to the NTC Teacher Portal tpg ntc gov gh portal,

Click Login

Provide your Email and Password

Click the check box.

Go to Menu

Click profile

Select Station and click on it

Select station; Select District to pick school

Save.

Your name will now appear in your new school list to be credited.

Renewed CPD Points Accumulation For Renewal

Now you don’t need so many CPD Points before license your NTC license is renewed. All you need per year is 20 CPD Points as proposed by NTC. All can be obtained from free training, Do not be rushing to pay monies to people who will not even give you the points and just take your money.
