Government has revised the promotion metrics and processes of educational sector workers aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
In a post by the jubilee house concerning teacher promotion,
26, 954 teaching staff to be promoted to various teaching grades including Deputy Directors, Assistant Director I etc following revised promotion processes aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Promotion issues has been an issue with many teachers, Some even get promoted but does not see the effect on their salary
