To change bank account
There are a few instances where the Banks become inactive or non-operational and the need to change the banks.
Some instances also have to do with some Banks having too many charges.
Some banks also delay in crediting accounts when salaries have been paid by GoG. Unpleasant situations.
To change bank
Write a letter requesting the change of bank account. ( Mus contain your Full Name, Staff ID, Previous Bank Name, Previous Bank Number, and Previous Bank Branch. AND New Bank Name, Your Full Name on the Bank Account, New Bank Account Number, New Bank Account Branch)
Submit to your headteacher an attached cover letter.
Visit the Bank and request for clearance letter.
Go to the Controller’s office in your district to submit. These documents
Submit a copy to the HRMIS office at the District or Regional Office.
keep a copy to yourself.
GES Promotion, Transfer, Change of Name, Salary adjustment, etc Must be Directed to this Office
Why is the Change of Bank Feature not available on the Epaylip Portal?
Answer for security reasons.
The Controller’s Epayslip portal is a very important portal for workers and must be protected with all securities. The protection is to save you from criminals/ fraudsters who would want to gain access to your portal to contract loans on your behave.
Anyone who gains access you your portal would quickly log you out by changing your login credentials.
Unfortunately, this can be so easy as some of us trust people too much without considering the security implications.
when some are going to print their Epayslip, they just give their login credentials to cafe’ attendants to do it for them.
During loan applications, some even give their login credentials to some Loan officers to check their affordability for them.
For these reasons, some features can not be made available.
You may have noticed that, even during the change of Phone number, your number is just not changed, they rather delete your account to create a new one yourself.
