GES Letter of Acceptance and documents to submit After postings

The process is a lot. to Get a Job into GES is not an  easy task. But If you are here reading this means you are ready for the next stage.

After Printing your appointment letter, you will have to write an acceptance letter, add it to your documents and submit to the regional Education Office at where you are posted to.

The Office will accept your documents and give you an introductory letter.

The introductory letter together with your documents will be sent to your Metro/District Office or the school where an assumption of duty letter will be created for you.

Other documents will be created for you at the school or the Metro/ district offices . You will collect them and submit all copies back to the Regional office.

The letter is written below but also comes with a file you can download and edit.

Here are the documents you will have to submit

  1. Appointment letter
  2. Acceptance  letter
  3. Medical report from any government Hospital. Original
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. Passport pictures ( minimum of 4)
  6. NTC certificate ( the original one downloaded on the NTC portal)
  7. National Service Certificate
  8. Schools certificate ( BECE, WASSCE, COLLEGE Certificate)
  9. Photocopy of your National ID
  10. Photocopy of your SSNIT ID and number
  11. BANK Details ( Name on account, Bank name, Branch, Account number )
  12. New Entrant / Recruitment form to be given to you.
  13. Personal Records of members of GES (to be given to fill)
  14. Application for a post in GES ( to be given)

make sure you keep photocopies for yourself this is GES
